I like today's deal - how do I get it?
If you found the offer you like, just click "BUY" before the SuperDeals ends. You can immediately purchase it. No minimum number of customers required. Make sure you enter the correct contact information and make payment. Upon payment, you will receive an email from SuperDeals.my with your e-Voucher. Invite your friends and watch out for rock-bottom deals!
How can I pay for SuperDeals e-Vouchers?
You can pay by credit card, paypal or bank transfer. If you pay by credit card, your credit card details are transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. We don't store your credit card number on our servers or anyway else.
How do I use my SuperDeals e-Voucher?
Easy. After you have made payment, you will receive an email with your e-Voucher. It includes redemption instructions and map to the merchant outlet. Just print it out, bring it to the retail outlet and redeem it.
Do I have to use the e-Voucher on the same day I bought it?
Nope. All SuperDeals e-Vouchers have an expiration date with lots of time for you to redeem them. Please refer to individual e-Voucher for expiry date and terms & conditions.
Do I have to wait until minimum number of customers reached before the deal happen?
Nope. No minimum number of customers required. You can immediately get the great discounts!
How do I redeem my e-Voucher?
Once you have received an email with your e-Voucher, you can simply go to the merchant and enjoy your deal!
If I don't use the full value of SuperDeals e-Voucher in one (1) visit, can I use the remainder later?
No. All e-Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash or other product and valid only for the deal you purchase. Bring a friend - share a little!
What if I photocopy my e-Voucher and circulate it?
Each SuperDeals e-Voucher comes with a unique serial number. Once that number is redeemed, it is not valid anymore.
I missed yesterday's SuperDeals. Can I still purchase it?
Unfortunately once the deal finished, you can no longer purchase the e-Voucher.
SuperDeals e-Voucher carries my name. Is my e-Voucher transferable?
No. Generally e-Vouchers are not transferable unless specify by merchant in the e-Voucher terms and conditions. Retailers have the right to check and disallow the redemption of the e-Voucher if the voucher is redeemed by a different person.
