SuperDeals.my by 701Panduan Sdn Bhd, website vouchers are sold and may be exchanged for product and services of our merchants (“Super Deals Voucher”). If you wish to ensure that you or the person that has received the Super Deals Voucher is able to use the voucher at our merchant’s location listed on the website at the time of purchase, it should be handed in within the redemption/validity period.

All vouchers are only valid for a specific listed period of time of commencing from date of purchase and expiring on the expiry date specified on the voucher (the “Redemption Period” or “Validity Period”). Failure to exchange or redeem any Super Deals Voucher before the expiry date will invalidate the Super Deals Voucher. Before placing an order you will be given the opportunity to check you all information have been entered the correctly where prompted, and correct any error.

Please check your order carefully to make sure you enter the correct details. After you place an order on Super Deals website, we will acknowledge receipt of your order by sending you an order acknowledgement email. There will be some deals where we only accept one order per person and will not accept additional orders. This is specified under the NOTICE section of the offer by our merchants. We will use all reasonable means to keep copies of all contracts for orders placed for vouchers by you, but cannot guarantee that we will keep a copy of every agreement for an unlimited time due to the number of orders for vouchers that we receive.

You should therefore print out a copy of these e-Voucher, Terms and Conditions and payment confirmation email in relation to all purchases and keep them in a safe place as a record of each transaction. The prices for any vouchers ordered will be as quoted on our website. All prices are inclusive of Service Tax and full payment terms will be specified at the time of the purchase. You may pay for your voucher by credit card, PayPal, Bank Transfer or Cheque. Credit card and paypal payments can be made on-line (via our SSL secure payment system), using one of the following credit cards: VISA or Mastercard.

The vouchers are not exchangeable for any form of cash or credit alternative, and may not be accepted if they have been damaged, tampered with or altered in any way. We will not be liable to any person if a voucher is lost, stolen or damaged in any way. All vouchers are subject to availability during the duration of the promotional period of the Super Deals. The Super Deals voucher is sent to you via email shortly after you have completed the transaction. If the vouchers have not been delivered to you via email within 24 hours from the date of payment, please contact us at sales@701panduan.com and we will trace the voucher.

The goods and services are provided by the Merchants and not by 701Panduan Sdn Bhd. Additional Terms and Conditions made by the Merchants might apply and might be subject to change without former notice. If you have any complaints, please email our customer service at info@701panduan.com. The voucher is valid from the date of purchase until the specified expiry date (the "Redemption Period" or “Validity Period”). Merchants may not accept the voucher past the expiry date.

You can make payment for SuperDeals.my Voucher via the following methods:

(A) Credit Card

You may choose to pay for Super Deals Voucher by credit card. We accept online credit card payment via Master and Visa card. Please key-in your credit card information as required after which you will be directed to the respective merchant bank’s secure website for verification and approval.

Note that we have no access to the information provided by you to the respective merchant bank’s website. You shall be solely responsible for and shall not in any way hold us responsible or liable for such services that are not controlled by us.

We shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss or damage or other charges or expenses that may be incurred by you by use of such services.

You shall indemnify, defend and hold us harmless and against any and all suits, actions, judgements, damages, costs, losses, expenses including legal fees and other liabilities arising from a breach and/or contravention and/or non-compliance with the relevant terms and conditions governed by the merchant bank.

(B) Bank Transfer
